C Space Announces Exciting Leadership Promotions out of London
Starting April 1st, Kathryn Blanshard will be promoted to Managing Director UK, a role formerly held jointly by Phil Burgess and Felix Koch, both of whom have been promoted to global leadership roles. All three promotions demonstrate C Space’s commitment to growing talent from within.

March 1, 2018, London – Following a successful year of growth, C Space, a global customer agency, is excited to announce strategic leadership changes out of its London office. Starting April 1st, Kathryn Blanshard will be promoted to Managing Director UK, a role formerly held jointly by Phil Burgess and Felix Koch, both of whom have been promoted to global leadership roles. All three promotions demonstrate C Space’s commitment to growing talent from within.
Blanshard, who joined the business in 2010 and was named one of The Drum’s “50 Under 30”, has played a fundamental role in growing the C Space business across Europe and beyond. She has led work for the company’s largest European clients and has also been instrumental in developing core products and services in all markets. These achievements, combined with her passion for client service and employee development, puts Blanshard in a unique position to continue the momentum and lead C Space UK to future growth.

Burgess will take on the newly appointed role of Chief People and Operations Officer for the Americas. He will focus on building new capabilities that will enable growth and attract, develop, and retain top talent. The role leverages his passion for – and experience in – creating strong cultures and investing in the right people to ensure that C Space continues to grow as the leading customer agency. Burgess will relocate to Boston in 2018.
Koch is being promoted to Regional CEO, EMEA & APAC. Based in the UK, he will lead the C Space business in Europe and Asia Pacific, increasing C Space’s footprint in both regions and helping to maintain positive growth momentum. Felix is a master at solving our clients’ challenges in a progressive and customer-centric way.
Koch says, “A core belief at C Space is that relationships are the source of results. Kathryn’s success is testament to this principle; I am excited to see how she will use the trust she has built with clients and our team to take the business to the next level. I also look forward to expanding these relationships into new markets and to internationalize our customer-centric approach further.”
