THE BETTER WHY PEER CONNECTIONS

Getting Gen Pop right: rethinking traditional research practices.

An intimate virtual roundtable with insights peers and C Space experts, Keyona Osborne and Michelle Fisher

Thursday, July 13th
12-1pm ET

How can prioritizing the voices of customers we’ve underserved help to future proof your business?

In this small group discussion with insights leaders, led by our Head of DEI ThinkTank, Keyona Osborne, and our VP of Client Services and Research Recruitment, Michelle Fisher, we will explore the benefits (and barriers) to being more inclusive in your market research. We will discuss what it takes to ensure you are including the right mix of people and perspectives in your research. We will also address how voices end up excluded from research samples.

Come ready to share your own learnings, frustrations and ideas as we explore the future of market research together. We’ll ask questions like, “If less than half of the US adult population has a Bachelor’s degree or higher, am I hearing the right voices in my research when I require a Bachelor’s degree for participation?” By questioning practices like this, we unlock the potential for more meaningful (and profitable) research insights.

This is a first-come-first-serve event, and space is limited. Please note that we are keeping this event small to foster discussion, inspiration and peer exchange. If the roundtable is full upon signing up, a team member will be in touch with other opportunities for you to engage with the content.

About The Better Why Peer Connections
Our objective with the Peer Connections series is to support your efforts in delivering value and impact as insights professionals, and to learn from and inspire one another as we elevate the voice of the customer within our respective organizations. This is a unique opportunity for insights leaders to come together to share ideas, ask questions and discuss solutions to the biggest challenges in our industry today.

We intentionally keep these groups small to encourage participation and lively discussion within the group.

First come, first serve.

Please note that registering does not guarantee you a spot if the session is full. We will follow up to confirm your registration status.
