If you have already chosen to receive such communication, you can ask us to stop by clicking the opt-out link on any email communication, or by emailing a request to [email protected]. Special Information for California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California Residents are afforded certain rights over their personal information, which are detailed below. To exercise any of these rights, please visit our California Residents’ Landing Page here or email [email protected].

In order to help you exercise your rights, we require what the CCPA/CPRA calls a “Verifiable Consumer Request.” When contacting us about your rights, we need to be assured within reason that you are not being impersonated, and so contacting us through an email address that you have previously used to sign up to a community or event run by C Space is preferable. In case this is not possible, we will use alternate methods to verify your identity. You may make up to two requests of any one type within a 12-month period. We require that you provide clear details on what you are looking for, so that we can assist you in the most appropriate way. Please allow up to 45 days for a response.

Your rights pertain to the collection and use of your personal information over a period of the last 12 months. Upon the receipt of a verifiable consumer request from you, you have the right to request to:

  • See the categories and the specific pieces of Personal Information that C Space holds on you;
  • Deletion of the Personal Information being held on you by C Space;
  • Be provided with a breakdown of information collected, the categories of sources from which the information is gathered, the business purpose(s) for processing the information, the categories of third parties with whom C Space shares this information, and the specific personal information gathered regarding you;
  • See an itemized list of the categories of Personal Information collected, sold and disclosed about you;
  • Opt out of the ‘sale’ or “sharing” of your personal information (‘selling’ defined in the CCPA/CPRA as including transfer to our partners as part of normal business practices – C Space would never sell your personal information to marketers) and can enforce this right by submitting a request at our California Residents’ Landing Page
