Our approach to co-creation is called Big Talk

Big Talk is the antithesis of small talk. Big Talks are collaborative ideation workshops where our clients and customers solve shared problems to spark customer-driven innovation. We build strong relationships with customers, treating them as expert partners in the problem-solving process. We believe this gets us further faster.

Not every co-creation program involves a Big Talk—we can focus more narrowly on Ideation or Refinement, depending on your needs, though our methodology is built on the same principles of collaboration.

Scoping: Align on a vision of success, guardrails and approach to ensure the right stakeholders are bought-in and engaged from the start. We meet you where you are, becoming experts in your business, brand and culture.
